This page is about the website, not the software
underseal.ai is a marketing website. It is hosted on the public internet and it is measured like any other marketing website.
The software is a different system. Its core matter workflow runs on hardware the firm controls, uses a loopback-only inference client, and has no product telemetry path. A deployment agreement and the firm's configuration still control support, updates, backups, and any exceptional access.
What this website collects
Performance timing, route, device, and browser signals may be measured through Vercel Speed Insights so the public site can be checked for usability regressions. Under Seal does not run Vercel Web Analytics page-view tracking, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, session replay, or an upload form.
If you email us from a link on this page, we have your email and whatever you wrote in it, in an ordinary mailbox, the same as any other email you send anybody.
What this website does not collect
No case files. No client names. No documents. There is no upload form anywhere on this site, on purpose. The readiness form is firm-level only and opens a draft in your mail application; the website does not transmit it.
We do not sell or share website visitor data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not run advertising pixels.
If you would rather not be measured
Browser tracking protection and common blockers can stop measurement, and the site works the same with them on. We do not detect blockers or ask you to turn them off.
Asking us to delete something
Email jake@northsignal.studio and it gets handled by a person, not a queue. There is not much to delete, which is the point.
